physical activity (hosing off lounge chairs) was a disaster

OMG...I can't even do ANYTHING physical. I hosed a few lounge chairs yesterday (half hour maybe)...laid on my deck most of the day ... and today I"m a MESS!

I just don't know what to do with myself.

Doing some of this kind of stuff a little bit a day. Will do you more good
than not anything. You need to start getting back in the swing of things.

Even though you have a bad day the next day. You have to concentrate
on creating a good thing from this.

I really do understand.

Well I agree...start getting back into things. I actually watched some tv today and was on the computer a bit. God only knows what tomorrow will bring, but I'm not suffering today.

For some reason...direct conversations..like lunch with a friend or 20-30 min phone conversations bring on the symptoms...and then add to a big headache.

i've been exhausted -- but also started new meds -- paxil cr (lowest dose) and lowest dose of klonopin at night. I'm not taking the klonopin tonight (unless I wake and can't fall back to sleep).

I'm also getting weird symptoms -- in the morning I'm so tired I can barely walk and I get this weird tingling down my arms and across my shoulders. Its scary.
