Can someone describe the symptoms they had of Syringomyelia

I have been moved in the direction that the symptoms im experiencing could be MS which i have not had my neuro/rheum appt yet but all my symptoms are very similar. The other day someone mentioned that they had some similar symptoms and they were diagnosed with Syringomyelia and so i was wondering what symptoms you guys have had before diagnoses or if any of my symptoms sound close to what you guys experienced also? My main symptoms are:
tingling/numbness in legs/hands/sometimes face
fatigue
memory loss/concentration/word finding problems
muscle weakness
a few days ago my neck started aching and(within a half hour period) just got so stiff i could barely turn my head left right or down and is still that sore (dont know if thats related)
Raynauds (cold feet and hands that turn purple)
Other then the neck i have no pain, no stomach problems, eye sight problems, etc.
blood work shows i have low RBC, enlarged red blood cells, slightly high ANA, and a high rhematoid factor....so im really scared but any info at all would be really great :)

For me I never had traditional symptoms. All I had was horrible headache pain to where I couldn't move and stiffening in the back of my neck. I have 9hiari 1 and syrinx. I have the same symptoms. Numbness in finger tips, short term memory. It can also affect pressure as in frequently feeling like you have to pee. Basically fluid goes around the brain. When you have chiari it pushes down on your cerebullem and causes the fluid to go down the tiny hole in your spine which causes the symptoms. Or syrinx can occur if you experience trama. I hope I hope I was of help
.

I had a large syrinx at the top of my spinal cord that appeared a year AFTER Chiari I decompression surgery. My symptoms were numbness in hands, feet, sometimes tingling in legs, back and stomach, numbness in right side of my face, icy hands and feet all the time, neck pain always and definitely difficulty in grasping words. My surgeons wanted to operate and said that the syrinx was so large that they were surprised I could breathe. I decided to wait and believe it or not, it kept shrinking until it stopped being an issue at all. (I think that's an exception to the norm).
