noise...yes...dog barking...yup! Every sound seems too loud to me .."sound sensitivity". But this seems to be getting better and mainly a problem when my symptoms are at the highest

Yes! It has gradually improved over time but I still need to wear earplugs when I'm in loud or busy places. I can sit at dinner with my kids and not cringe when I hear utensils touch plates and I can carry on normal volume conversations. Little things but huge quality of life issues. I'm at ~20 month post injury.
