My name is Teri an I'm 19 . I haxe spina-biifeta , I've been im a wheelchair all of my life . I stumbled across this site looking to talk to people who know what being in a wheelchair is like.

Frogga on the RSD forum is close to your age and she is in a chair & attending a university.

There may be others on other forums - but I know of her for sure and her age is close to yours.

Welcome to NT! :) Do you have hydrocephalus, too? I have hydro, no SB. I'm 40 yo, married 16 1/2 years to the love of my life, and have two awesome kids. :) Please tell me more about yourself. :)

I am 21 and have been in a wheelchair since I was 16/17 after developing RSD... and as Jo55 says I am now at uni. If you ever want to talk then I am around!!! (Sorry this is short - HUGE essay due in n the next hour or so!)
