You have described your imaging findings and treatment but have not described your symptoms. Treatment is usually based off of your clinical presentation and complaints. Imaging just validates, or should, clinical findings.

What area your symptoms (back pain, leg pain, numbness/tingling/weakness, etc.)?

Don't be afraid to get a second surgical opinion. While I am not big on the idea of surgery, sometimes it is the answer after other less invassive therapies have failed and the pain is intollerable and limitting function. Best wishes.

I would imagine with that many herniations, you're in alot of pain. Rather than jump into surgery, I'd ask for a referral to a physical therapist and see how that does. I'd try ALL conservative methods before surgery. Surgery should be a last resort after ALL conservative methods have failed. And don't bother with any more injections. If these didn't work, none of the others will either.

Best of luck. I hope you find some relief. God bless. Hugs, Lee
