Suddenly feeling heavy all over
New symptoms always pop in and out with me... but this one I'm kinda worried about.
Like 9 hours ago, a symptom I've had since the beginning (parts of the body feeling out of place/not there, kinda hard to explain) suddenly vanished and now my head feels really heavy along with a tension headache. My limbs feel slightly heavy too... Has anybody else had this symptom? I'm afraid it's a sign that I'm going to go unconscious and go into a coma or something, although it's been almost two months... |
Relax, your brain and body is just telling you to rest. Anxiety is the worst thing for PCS. When you feel bad, sit down, put your legs up and listen to some soothing music. Give your brain a break so it can get sensory input sorted out.

Yeah, you're probably right.. I've been very sleep deprived for the last month.. I got plenty of rest last night and now my whole body feels kinda hard to move, like I'm walking in water. Huh. PCS can be the oddest thing at times...

Yes, I get that heavy feeling all the time. I call it being fatigued. I just lay down till it get more energy to get up again.

yes...my whole body aches ...sometimes I even feel like each limb weighs 50 lbs. my body tingles too. I find this especially after more activity whether it be physical or mental (even just being around people)

Yes! I had a relatively low key week a week and a half ago, didnt think i did much, rested on couch from 4pm on everyday, but by the weekend, i couldnt move my arms and legs, felt like there were weights on all my limbs preventing me from getting up. Its definetly extreme fatigue. So clearly, whatever i was doing....which was trying to resume a light workout, appts, and grocery shopping was just too much and exhibited itself a few days later and laid me up for the whole weekend. Im learning its all about listening to your body when it says it needs rest....it means it
