Oh gosh... That is a lot.

I am from Europe, Scandinavia, and in my home country there are no TOS specialists who would use modern research and surgery techniques* and therefore I am considering surgery in US.

I do not have a health insurance: 1) I cannot get a one in my home country because I have had a brain tumor, 2) the healthcare in here is free so normally (when having common health problems) I do not need one.

In the case there is someone from UK (I have lived in Wales & London earlier in my life) who would be able to recommend some good TOS surgeon in UK, I would be very happy :). I did a comprehensive online search, but I was not able to find one.

*E.g. One size fits all scalenotomy (not scalenectomy) is offered with success rate less than 30 % (more than 60 % of those who go through the surgery will not work again).
