What next?
 

I found Neurotalk doing a Google search. I wonder if I am in the correct place.

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis ( = cervical spondylosis) or DDD (Degenerative Disk Disease).

I would like advice about neck exercise etc. I would also like to discuss with others who have problems similar to mine.

I would appreciate advice and discussion.
