Large variety of vitamins

I just started taking a wide variety of vitamins and minerals for peripheral neuropathy. I don't trust my B-12 test results. I actually don't trust any test results. I am not 100% sure if this is the best strategy.

What were your B12 results?

When a person decides to use supplements, it is best to
do so in a logical way...targeting what needs to be done.

What did you decide to take, and how much, and why?

My Dr. who I stopped going to just said all of your blood work came back normal. I have a new Dr. who has also done bloodwork. He has said the same thing. He even said you have the blood pressure of a teenager. I am 50. I had a MRI. My new Dr. said it was overstated due to defensive medicine. He also said everyone over 50 will show some degenerative changes in the spine. I went to an orthopedic surgeon who said that nothing in my back is causing pain in my feet and legs. My next test is the nerve conduction test. EMG They will probably say there is nothing wrong.
Doing better on 1800 mg. Gabapentin. I take MSM/Glucosomine Sulphate
5 grams. A B Vitamins Niacine Folate The high dose B-12 pill C D 2,000 I.U. D3 E K and most Chelated Minerals. I buy the best brands. I guess they will keep telling me ideopathic peripheral neuropathy. Also take Celexa and Wellbutrin combo for pain. All of this seems to be working. Symptoms down 80% Looking for that 100% recovery. I am also looking into drugs called Sodium Channel Blockers.
