Femoral nerve damage

Hello everyone, looking for experiences associated with femoral nerve damage as post-surgical complication re hip resurfacing surgery. Experiencing femoral nerve damage rendering quads non-responsive. Receiving PT and TENS stimulation and taking Lyrica. Experiencing tingling pain in quads and inner leg to ankle. Any information greatly appreciated.

Hi I have suffered from femoral nerve damage since total hip replacement 4 1/2 months ago, to date I have not had any improvement. My quad muscles are paralysed. I would love to know the prognosis of this condition.
