how to strengthen your nervous system

:winky:Hi,
Everyone has a different nervous system. Those of us who suffer from weak nerves and resulting symptoms all have one thing in common. The term is romanto-intellectualism.

We also think of ourselves as exceptional but often feel less than average.
This attitude towards life breeds discontentment.and plenty pain.
the postive approach is to be a realist and not a romanto-intellectual.

Here are some tools that will strengthen your nerves.

Do the things you fear and hate to do.

You get well by the amount of nervous discomfort you are willing to bare.
This one is the most important. You also have to endorse yourself after you do this or the effect is lost.

Do things to get well rather waiting to get well.

Avoid indecison in trivialities.. Any decison will steady your nerves.

Avoid any language that gives strength to your discomfort.Like this headache is going to kill me .Im mentaly ill and always will be.Avoid the complaining habit.

Nervous people tend to be extremist. If life isnt a picnic it's a panic.
Think more that the majority of life events are average.

Expect you will fail from time to time as we are all apprenctices and never the master.

Have the courage to make mistakes

I often fail from time to time but it always comes back. The reason for this is because I was about 45 when I found this . If I had it when I was younger i probably would be better. Some times it last awhile and then i go back to old habits of temper(fear and anger).
You would think at my age I would know better.Well at least now I don't endorse temper.
Have a good night.

This is true. It is good to be careful about the language we use. I heard myself correcting a young person who was being dramatic. I'm still training myself.
