Thank you for the link to the video. I too am always looking for a way to explain to friends what being bipolar is like. So far, it seem that only trained mental health professionals can truly see it in me. Others need me to be in an extreme mode to realize all is not well in my world.

Have you checked out the Black Dog Institute in Austraila? They have extremely current and user friendly imformation. They are (or were) sending out a free DVD about Bipolar disorder. I'd tell you more about it but I have lent my copy to a friend.

The medical community is revising their explanation of Bipolar disease. They are no longer refered to it as a chemical imbalance. Knowing that, make me think that the video is an older piece.

So check out Black Dog, if you haven't already. I think you will like it.
