I bookmarked Lara's webcam....hope it shows up on my tool bar..google chrome takes a little getting used to....

Kind of like aricept..:rolleyes: guess the side effects are an easy way to lose weight!...

I asked Mr.Alffe to cut down a dead pine tree yesterday and it was a little bigger than I realized....we will spend the morning cutting and burning..:o

I will spend the afternoon cooking (I love to cook) because I asked our daughter, who is coming for a visit tomorrow, what she wanted to eat and she told me. :D

I hope Phyllis will try not to worry about death...He knows, He waits with open arms....

Alffe -- I'm hoping and praying that aricept is good stuff.

Today my plate is EMPTY!! Thank goodness. I haven't had a slow day for several weeks and I need one.
I went to Wal-Mart at 5:45AM to do shopping -- now I won't be out of this house for at least 24 hours. aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

going to work LOLOLOL i love working holidays. Its so much more relaxed.

Alffe, from what i've seen with our residents who are on Aricept, it really helps quite a bit.....Once your body gets use to it i'm sure the side effects will go away. {{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}} love you much Alffe.....

I'm off to the dentist this morning ... grocery shopping then creating a paprika chicken/green bean dinner for the crock pot (to put over egg noodles) so that Grand-Addy (and her Mommy) and I can spend the rest of the afternoon at the swimming pool! Can't wait! We'll have to lather on lots of sunscreen, that's for sure! FINALLY summer is upon us! yay!

I'm sitting at home tonight.... I'm sure there will be fireworks all around the neighborhood. I can either sit on the front deck or the new back deck.

Wow... its amazing to see how our lives have grown over the years... Rebecca in college?!!!!!

I'm going to enjoy another afternoon by the pool as the weather man says clouds and rain may hit us again tomorrow!

Then I'm off to chorus rehearsal tonight.

Might do some washing and organizing this morning and then again, maybe I won't ! ;)

My plate isn't too full and I'm happy with that right now :)

Have had a lot on my plate with oldest daughter Jill here.We have been running around playing. She goes home today and I'll miss her. Monday we drove up to the lake at St.Joseph and watched the new carousel and splash pool..fun to watch the kids. Got ice cream and came home. Went to Shipshiwana on Tues with Barbo and ..got 1st sweet corn of the season at Charlies and it was very good but early corn doesn't have the rich flavor that it will have in 2 weeks...can't wait for more! Went to the outlet mall yesterday and had lunch in Buchanan. Rented a movie last night...Runaway Train based on a true story and it was exciting.

Like Addy, I can't believe that Rebecca is old enough for college..where does the time go!!??

And I love to have Abbie "messing with my mind"...now I know what the problem is! :D

trying to stay cool :) it got up to 108 here yesterday.... it was miserable... i had to drive the residents to their dr appts so i was in and out of the car all day....

today........ i have an easy day at work then date night with my hubby. :wink:

trying to stay afloat emotionally.... therapy has been brutal the last couple of times..... :(

Ya, Goofy, I've been wondering how things have been with you emotionally... you've been so busy that its easy to put thoughts to the side, isn't it...

My emotions have been pouring out when I realize how amazing it is that my little granddaughter continues to bring my oldest son back in my life... I know my Mom would have been so happy to hear this...

So on my plate today is a visit with a special girlfriend and we'll have lunch down by the ocean. I think I'll have fish and chips :)

Wren, I can't imagine ever going shopping that early in the day... I'm so NOT a morning person!
