That's great, Patrick. No, a high pulse is not normal. How high is it? It's been high for awhile though, right?
It could be endocrine related, such as hyperthryoidism or Graves disease. Have you seen a cardiologist or endocrinologist? That's what I would recommend. It could be from a drug but you should rule out other problems too. I hope you'll continue to be in remission. Annie |

Christmas 2010 pred was having such a bad effect on my health
infections totally over the tp in everything I did . no apparent improvement in condition. Came off pred in january a little each day. no worsening quite the opposite. when i was off the pred noticed ticking in my muscles reduced the mestinon slowly each day. still ticking. until eventually after two weeks it stopped completely. still have weakness in lower limbs especially left . not thhe strength of a man in my arms passed all physical checks by consultant doctor he appears to have dropped me now? no further check ups no eye droop no major breathing problems balanced tablets against some minor inconveniance dumped all tablets feel better for it now |
