Alice or Annie, Do either of you know of any medical literature showing a direct correlation between B12 deficiency? I was dx'd with B12 deficiency last June and went on to be dx'd with sero-negative MG not long after.
This was your post from Abby's thread. Here you go. Just start reading.

The short answer is that you need B12 to make choline and choline to make Acetylcholine. I'm too worn out for anything but this today. The body has a series of biochemical pathways and if there is a "kink" in one, like a B12 deficiency, the pathway doesn't "work."
