Grapeseed extract: may prevent Alzheimer's
http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releas...-ncf071511.php
This is interesting. I often use this myself for allergies and inflammation and for my PN issues. Grapeseed extract is not expensive and is a useful all around antioxidant. This article lends even more uses perhaps. |

Mine is a capsule, a soft gel. There are many brands. I get mine at Costco.
Lately I have seen some brands are including Resveratrol in it, and that is OK too. |
What mg do you take?
|
200mg a day or so.
|
I found some on Puritan's Pride that's pretty reasonable. Sure as I order the B1G1 they'll have their B1G2 sale.

I have used theirs too. Theirs used to be a dry capsule. But it works too.
The buy one get two...is typically only once a year, in late spring and early summer. If business is slow, they may do it twice a year, but usually it is once a year only. I've been looking at Swanson lately. You might find somethings there affordable too. Hubby ran out of his inositol powder, and didn't tell me and I could have added in a previous order! snort! So I found some on Swanson, for $4.00 less than iherb! You might check the prices for the grapeseed there too. It might be less $$ than Puritan, which is not the cheapest on EVERYTHING all the time. I think grapeseed is really good and affordable and provides alot of antioxidant protection. I've been urging people to use it for many years! ;) |
I ordered some of the 200 mg. I have a friend who swears by it.
So I'm taking the 1,000 mg Krill, 10mg astaxanthin and now the grapeseed. I just might turn a nice shade of pinky-purple! |
