Ephedrine
When I was diagnosed in 1992, my neuro told me to take ephedrine sulfate which I was able to get over the counter for many years, until it was removed from the shelf.
Is anyone taking ephedrine now, and if so, where do you get it? |
Hi Kim,
Albuterol has a similar mode of action. It is very effective in certain types of congenital myasthenia. Preferably the long acting preparation-Vospire. [QUOTE]http://www.vospireer.com/#h/QUOTE] |
Ephedrine is still available as Primatene tablets:

Kim, I hope that you have followed up with your primary doctor or a cardiologist to make sure that the drug has not adversely affected you in any way.
