What streches do more aggrivation then good?
Hi
I thoguht id start a thread to see from peoples experiences what streches/ excersizes aggrivate the matter more then actually bebefit. I have realised that not all streches help and some actually seem to set you back more then benefit you. What have other people found? your responses are appriciated |
beneficial excercises: none at the moment

Neck stretching..
anything that involves my shoulders. Reaching movements can irritate my nerves BC they're already being overstreched in my droopy shoulders Its best to stretch against a flat surface so you can't overdo it..for me |
I've gotten the most benefit fromVERY mild t spine stretching for kyphosis
