Anyone have these symptoms
lately i have been having this tingling that start at the base of my brain and goes down neck and shoulder and sometimes my face???

Oh yes.
While you describe it very simply, What it is that you're describing, would take an INTENSELY SMART Neurologist, and one who would send you to an INTENSELY SMART Shoulder/Arm/Hand man. You may have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Did your injury involve any parts of your arms, or shoulders? You might want to start with a Chiropractor, and fully explain the problem. I was then sent to a University Hospital to see the Chief of Neurology (Dr S, @ Jefferson, in Philly) Who, sent me to Dr Hunter, at Jeff's Hand Center, where I was dx'd with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (See other space in these pages). Yea, it's ALL connected. Not saying that's what you have, But you need a REAL PRO, instead of tipsyin' around with guys who don't know, get to a University Hospital, start with the Chief of Neuro, and see where he sends you from ther All he needs, is a safety needle to get started. (Not that it's that simple), but, it's a start! Be thankful, when you find a doctor like that! Pete asb |
I get tingling in weird parts of my body. I have it in my neck, and my face sometimes too. It usually happens when a flare is coming on and when I over-do it or sometimes when I am just relaxing it happens. Its really weird. I havent gotten an answer from any of the docs that I have seen. Good luck... let me know if you find anything out.

My tingling feelings start at the bottom of my spine and go all the way up to my brain. This gives me a good, hard shake of my whole body.

Me too!
I get tingling in my upper arm and face a lot. Now I'm starting to get tingling in my leg then it gives out . If I'm standing I'll fall. All on the left side. Kind of like it falls asleep but it's painful. Good thing I sit a lot. I also have a balance issue due to degenerative cerebral atrophy so I'm in a wheelchair a lot. |
