...... All the kids have gone to school, Mr. Free Kittens went to work early and grandma and grandpa Free Kittens is off to the doc, it is gloriously quiet!!!

I spent the day in my gardens gathering my seeds for next year, one of my fav things to do. Beanz had her first full day of school so I had lots of free time today. What a Grand Day!

well we mind well Free Kittens. :D being very quiet!

Going to clean out the summer kitchen today to make room for the exercycle.
Walking on the treadmill hurts my back so if we can clean up my dads old cycle, (been in the barn so probably covered w/bat poop) will try riding that.

Am learning so much more than I ever wanted to know about altzheimers..was surprised to read that they now suspect that untreated long term depression can contribute to onset of alzhiemers.

My sister wants me to post on our forum here...to see if there is anyone out there, like me, not a caregiver that would like to "talk". :o

"gathering seeds"... brings such a wonderful sense of satisfaction as you imagine the bounty again next year! so cool!

and Alffe - yes, listen to your sister(s) ! ;)

I'm entering a different phase in my life - NOT health related, altho it certainly could be as it can/will affect my emotions. I've met a man who is interested in me... and I'm a bit freaked out, to say the least! lol... :lookaround:
so, for the past 2 days I've been searching the net for somewhere to talk about it... and no where feels more comfortable than right here!

I've also been out in the garden today. Spring has sprung. Yay.

Addy, I can totally understand your being scared. All I can say is that he'd better treat you very well or he'll have me to answer to... ;)

Well... I know this isn't the wonder thread but I'm wondering if Free Kittens is happy its almost the weekend and the kiddos don't go to school ;)?!!!

And about that "man"... my gut is telling me - no, too many things just not right with this guy ... run fast ... so I'm pretty sure its not gonna happen... and that's ok :) (Thanks for caring everyone ... love ya!)
