Mild impacts

Hi everyone,
It's 3 and a half years since my concussion. I suffered badly with PCS, my symptoms mostly orientated around depersonalisation.

I'm now very much better, but I still have issues with impacts it seems. I ride BMX again (with a helmet) but I've noticed if I exert myself very hard or land a little awkward I often see stars. I also start to feel a bit foggy. It all clears up quickly afterwards though.

Recently I've been digging in the garden. The ground is actually mostly old rubble left over from the house build so it's full of stones and brick. I've been clanging the spade against these hard bits and it too has caused me to feel foggy, tired and given me a headache and a stiff neck. Again, these symptoms recede very quickly.

I'm concerned these impacts are causing minor concussions but it seems incredibly unlikely since they aren't abnormally hard or directed at my head. Perhaps it's my neck? It does get stiff. I know, I should just go and see my doctor- I find it hard to talk about my head injury though because it was such a deeply dark time and no one took it very seriously.
