after the second surgery i felt no pain i could feel my fingers and my arms it was the first thing i realized. and slowly but surly the pain started to come back. and it hit me even harder it was excruciating. it is were i am now. here's the big Eva question now why is it i for a very brief amount of time in the recovery room that i was pain FREE and my diagnosis is named parephial neuropathy now tell me does anyone follow why i am so confused and why my doctors have no answers for me because he said that the problems with my hands will be rectified with the surgery and now he is saying it has nothing to do with it and he says i have a multitude of problems. i will be there later.

It is frustrating. It is possible that the enormous amount of anesthisia you recieved in surgery had not completely worn off in the recovery room. Your brain was not awake enough to sense the pain. Neuro is a long journey for many, with no answers for some of us. I am sorry your pain returned.:(
