Nighttime Jogging
I've decided that every day at 9pm, I will walk/jog. This is nice because at night there is so much less stimulus, and temps are cooler.
Every day, I will gradually up the time jogging. For example, today I jogged 10 seconds for every minute. (10 seconds of jogging, 50 seconds of walking). Tomorrow, I will aim for 15-20 seconds of jogging for every minute. I will gradually increase intensity every day, and if symptoms get worse, cut back. This feels great so far, and I think it could boost recovery. I recommend this to all of you. |
