sea salt bath
 
does anyone find any benefit (other than just relaxing) in a sea salt bath?

I heard that it helps muscles, tension, stress...etc?

anyone on here want to try ....I just bought a jar of lavendar calming sea salt ...I figure its worth a shot!....if nothing else I'll have nice skin

Supposed the various kinds can help with removing toxins, muscle aches and more.

Absolutely!! I do epsom salt baths and it relaxes all of the muscles in your body. You should use at least 2 cups of espom salt and you can always add in some scented ones for relaxation. I had a bad back before all this and i would lay in one everyday. If you have a back or neck issue, definetly worth a try!
