Idiopathic PN - high arches

I am wondering if others with Idiopathic PN also have high arches (in-step). Mine are very high and my doctor has commented on that several times. He noted several other patients with Idiopathic PN also have high arches.

High arches

Hi, I also have very high arches and instep. I have never been able to buy boots that do not have laces in them because of it. I have idiopathic PN too. I have had it for six years.

People with high arches and neuropathy--

--should definitely be investigating hereditary possibilites (among others).

I also have idiopathic PN and have high arches. For years I had to buy my heels 1/2 size bigger so my arch could slide in. hopeful

Idiopathic PN, super high arches, already screened for CMT and results negative. Any suggestions...

I have high arches, but not pathologically so.

However, I do have problems with shoes and boots. More now that my left foot with its surgical history is swelling up now and then. Shoes that fit my right foot, do not fit my left! It is becoming a terrible problem for me.
