MRI is this bad?
 

I've been in bad pain for 2 1/2 months now. Been going to acupuncture 3x's a week, so far 9 sessions and about 12 sessions of PT. My PT has been doing manual traction. What do you think of this MRI? I can't see a neurosurgeon for 2 months, so meanwhile just laying around:

Why can't you see a neurosurgeon for 2 months?
Those results and the face that you are in pain should warrant you a quicker visit. Have you tried getting in to see just a spinal specialist instead of a neurosurgeon? They can usually see you faster. My back surgeries were both done by a spinal specialist. You should check your local listings for orthopedic spinal specialists, you shouldn't have to be in pain for 2 months before you can see someone.
