Chronic pain caused by epilepsy?

Hi, everybody:

I have full body RSD, epilepsy, and asthma. I would like to know if epilepsy, even if it is controlled well enough, could cause chronic pain. My epilepsy is controlled with two 500 mg Keppra tablets twice daily and by one 2 mg Klonopin tablet at bedtime.

I saw that in one of Dr. House's movies. Dr. House, who was dealing with a young man who did not want to live anymore because of his chronic pain, finally discovered this chronic pain was caused by epilepsy. This young man got relief when his epilepsy was controlled.

Thanks for your information.
