Dizziness, lightheadedness, pallor, tinnitus, migraines, etc.

I get all of these except the migraines. I just discovered this interesting article:

If you have similar symptoms, you'll want to check it out. If not, move on. :)

I'm struggling with these symptoms at the moment and in particular finding it a challenge to get sufficient air intake while walking, eating and talking even. Maybe its post op stuff?????? But I don't think so as I had it prior to surgery also ( its just worse at present). Whatever, its horrible.
Feels like my head is muggy 24/7. If I don't have a headache then it feels like i'm on the verge of getting one.:(
My focus at the moment is simply breathing!!!!!!
Your tips with the Belly Breathing have been very helpful. Its teaching me to be aware of my breath and to try and stop with the shallow breathing.
Many thanks Chroma. LETS SUCK UP THAT AIR!

While surfing I came across the following, which are nice short vid on Belly Breathing.

On page 5 of the link it has a two minute video demonstration.... which is so easy to follow).

You're welcome. I've been doing some of that corpse pose that Jo*mar recommended when I'm fatigued but don't want to nap. Sometimes with a relaxation audio. Good stuff although sometimes it takes some will power to get back up. :D

I'm doing this on a daily basis now. As a treat to myself I got a new relaxation CD of Tibetan Singing Bowls yesterday. I tried it this morning.
The first 5 mins was sublime.........Then all of a sudden the bowlplayer went almost berserk banging almost ever bowl he owned all at the same time!!!!!! Far from relaxing.

BIG TIP- listen to the CD BEFORE you do your corpse pose session.
