Helloooooo Mandy!
I am so sorry to learn in meeting you that your Boston Sci Trial went very well, and the permanent implant..... not so much!!!! do your surgeon, pain management doc, and Boston Sci rep know of this outcome? If they do, what are they responding? Is it possible some portion of your permanent implant is out of whack, as with Rrae and migrated leads???? It just does not add up for your Trial to have gone well only to be subsumed by the rotten permament outcome........ I KNOW had that been the case with me I would have been in someone's office wondering WHY????? Can we do something to remedy the outcome?????
Hoping and Caring tremendously, Thank you for coming here to share, MORE will respond to you here, as we gather around you, Prayin', Mark56:hug: |
Your SCS Implant
Hi Mandy,
I'm just getting around to reading your first post this evening, my SCS hasn't exacltly turned out as expected either and my consultant wants to replace it with a different one, the more research I do on this new device it think it it for the best. I'm not doing very well at the moment, i'm in terrible pain and GP who I spoke to last week reckons my sacroilliac joint is inflammed, hence I can't walk and I can't do anything (even trying to pee is difficult) Anyway I just wonder if you've done anything about your problems, have you gone back to your consultant? What ever you do, don't ignore it, do let them know you aren't happy. Don't expect bad health or a faulty device, please God it won't be a difficult problem to fix I wish you the very best of luck, You're very welcome to our support forum and there is a whole lot of support here and we're all friends here and the more the merrier. Take care Sinéad :grouphug::hug: |
