Don't know for sure, but I was looking at neck products on Amazon, so I could read reviews, and those type of inflatable products did not seem well reviewed. I did try the NeckPro which is a different approach for the same thing. It seemed to help with my neck tension. I still have TOS symptoms though. Although I did not use it regularly enough, and I plan on taking another stab at it.
