headaches for 2 weeks

for two weeks I got headaches. they are mild to moderate but long lasting, it starts from the minute I get up and lasts during the day. To be specific, they are like tension-type headaches, it generally causes pressure and it changes place constantly. Actually, it change its type, too. First week, it is sharper and occurs in the one point on the top of the front head or on the back of the head. This week, it is like a band that puts pressure on my head, it is bilateral and still moving around, not on a constant region.

now here is my questions.

this headache does not correspond any type of headache accurately, does it?
I have been diagnosed with OCD before. Can this have something to do with it?

Hard to say - there are a LOT of types of headaches.
Google: types of headaches for an inkling - there are sub-types as well.

I have no idea. Some headaches can be related to a virus, even without other symptoms, and may resolve on their own within a short time. If these headaches continue, try to find a headache specialist - usually a neurologist who restricts his/her practice to headaches, or a headache clinic, possibly affiliated with a hospital near you.

I've had a couple types of headaches myself for years; they're no fun. Finding the right specialists were the most help for me. Still got em , but not as often or as bad.

You need to see a neurologist that only deals with migraines/headaches for a confirmed/correct diagnoses.
