palmitoylethanolamide (normast) test

Despite major improvement by exercises, see http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2953353/

Symptoms tend to return with mouse and keyboard use, so i may try normast in some days/week.

palmitoylethanolamide (normast) is a mastocyte stabilizer, and mastocyte degranulation is a key component of tos.

Since you like these exercises so much, have you tried seeing someone certified/associated with the Postural Restoration Institute? It seems to me that a big part of this is having an expert externally observe the patient in order to determine the problems and exercises. I'm skeptical that I could do a good job of this by myself.
