It's allergy season

Well, I haven't been tested for asthma yet but I'm sure I have it now. I went out side to go to my classes today and man I couldn't breathe at all. I had to use my fast acting inhaler three times today and the max. amount of times to use in one day is four. I've been staying inside most of the day too. You can sure tell it's allergy season. Blah! This doesn't help me at all as I am on anti depressants and having to take caffeine to help me breathe doesn't do well with the anti depressants. I just don't feel well today. Don't know what I'm going to do now. I have to get both my mental health and my physical health under control before they get too bad.

Hi,

I never had allergeries in my life until I developed Fibro and RSD and this is the third year I have had to go get an allergy shot. I went yesterday and I am already feeling better.

I started last week with my runny nose, Cronic Fatigue, and my head and eyes felt funny and it took me a few days but I got to thinking about what was happening and last week I called my Drs. office and ask if I could get an allergy shot. He said I could to come on down. I just could not get to feeling good enough to go in and get the shot but yesterday I knew I had to do something since I have surgery comin up. I can already see a difference so I know it was the allergies kicking up my CFS also.

You might want to see about getting an allergy shot.

I think allergies is what is bothering my Michael. I hate to say this, but we are going to have to start sleeping with the windows shut.

Today is going a little better for me but not much. I'm still having problems breathing and it's not fun. The good thing is that I have tons of homework to keep me busy. Any way, I should go work on more homework.

I have allergies and asthma both. If it is taking your emergency
inhaler to keep you breathing well all day. I would definately
get in to see a asthma doctor.

It will make you feel lots better.
