Astaxanthin question

I was wondering if any members on this forum are taking astaxanthin and what there experiences have been.

I started taking 10 mg a day for about 3 weeks now. I feel like my brain fog has gone completely away. I can think more clearly for sure. Also the "tennis elbow" type pain I get from lifting weights has receded greatly, but is not completely gone.

I also take bio enhanced curcumin, green tea extract, and fish oil which all have anti-inflammatory type attributes, however, this supplement seems to possibly work even better. It could be a combination of all of these of course.

I hold out a kernal of hope that this might help my peripheral neuropathy as well. I haven't seen any studies though. Looks promising for MS and parkinsons disease.

If anyone could share their thoughts or experiences, then that would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I took it separately for about a month. Didn't notice much.

But I take Krill oil, and it has this in it also, naturally.

Dr. Mercola is pushing it, and I do see many articles on PubMed, but long term safety still has not been shown, that I have found yet.

Antioxidants are good however, I just don't know how this one would fare over long periods of time.
