PonyGirl...

Sending prayers...

I want you to know that you are not alone in your thoughts of being at your "halfpoint of life". But you can not dwell on it. If you do then you can not live and you are missing out on many good or even GREAT things.

I always believed I would never make it to 25... I did.
I then believed I would never make it to 30... I did.

I don't know why I felt this way but the feelings were so strong and still are... I believe that I am past my half-life... I even believe that I know how I will die... Right now I have another year of my life that I don't believe that I will live past.

Time will only tell. I don't dwell on it... I just wake up each day and do what needs to be done and just well, live. I laugh, I cry, I sometimes text my grown nieces just to tell them I love them. (the younger kids don't have phones.) I find ways, mostly lots of little things to get me through the day.

Sorry for being long winded... Just wanted to let you know you are not alone and you are in my prayers.

I'm not saying you enjoy thinking this stuff...

I'm positive that you do not!!! I don't!!!!

As we both frequent the SOS forum I "think" we both have similar thoughts. For me, "S" is a constant companion and constant thought.

I know how much all of this well bites!!!

Just remember you are NOT alone!!!

Whoa, Abbie!!!

:eek:I think, you mis-under-stood my post, *completely*!!:o
:eek:My issue is, I'm having major anxiety, because, I'm at the half-point
of my life and I *don't* want to die!!! But, I know, one day, that will be
out of my control! I *only* go to SOS to chat with friends, who, visit
that forum! I *don't* want to die is, my issue!!
 I *don't* want to die by natural causes. But, it *is* going to happen.
That, is causing my anxiety!!:o:rolleyes::p:mad:

Hi Ponygirl,

Sending you lots of cyberlove and courage. My wise old Grandma would always tell me 'darling, and this too shall pass', meaning that these feelings of being overwhelmed and constant anxiety, will eventually go.

How do you climb a mountain ? One step at a time, Pony just try to breathe and enjoy today, simple little pleasures, do you have a pet you can stroke and talk to? It sounds crazy but there is solace in pets.

xxxxxxx Take care of your beautiful self.

Ah... I see what you are saying Ponygrl. Thank you for clearing that up and I am very sorry I took things out of context.

You are only 44... pshhaw... you still have plenty of natural years left!!! Ever watch the guy on the today show who congratulates all of the people turning ages over 100? Seems that everyday there are more and more!!!! You see there is a good chance that you will live another 56+ years. I can't see a reason why not?!?!?!?

Start planing your next 50 years.... :D
