New to mg

I've underwent testing and my Dr still thinks its MG. After reading alot of things on here (and I'm sorry for what you guys are going through) I really dont have the same issues that a lot of you have..My main thing that happened was I felt like my eye was stuck in position, then after a few seconds it would jump to catch up which caused all my double vision..I'm usually tired but I work 2 jobs 1st and 3rd shift and have three children ages 7 and 9...(twins on the 7 yr olds).. The double vision started when i felt like I had a busted blood vessel its lasted 3 weeks but has steadily gotten better. I've been off work for two weeks and have basically been stress free and strain free for the most part..Most test have cam back negative Mri ct mri w/contrast ct chest bloodwork emg etc..... Did anybody else's symptoms start this way?
