Why Cant I create a new thread in the forum I need?

I have looked and looked and the only place I can create one is here in the New members...I looked on FAQ's and it states if you have permission you cna create a new thread...In my posting rules at the bottom it says I can post new threads...but when I look in the forums area I want to...there is not any option to post new thread except in new member...what am I doing wrong here....?

You should be able to make a new thread in any forum..
are you not seeing or able to find the New Thread button?

What forum do you want to make a thread in?

Hi
I see a post by you in the TBI forum as well as here on new members
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/se...g_searchinfo=1

The New Thread button is the top left of each forum, same place as the New Reply button is for posting to an existing thread

I have figured this out...you have to be in the forum and not a topic of a forum in order to see it...
