c1 c2 itching

anyone get this? i guess i should just not move my neck? i'm assuming it's not good...(irritated)

i'm nervous being hypermobile i had all of those neck adjustments at the chiro with a weak neck a year ago, bad idea. altho my cerv. mri is supposedly normal

If you're still holding your head that far forward like in your profile pic, pull it back. :D

I've had c0 - c2 problems, but no itching associated with it.

i think i irritated it by turning my head, its weird its only one one side

i SWEAR I HAVE SCAR TISSUE

why else wouldnt a hypermobile person be able to extend their arm and turn their head or feel their fingers effing SCAR TISSUE

Isn't that what nerve glides are supposed to address? Just throwing that out there. I haven't tried them or researched them.

i dont get it. my pt felt all around my neck yesterday especially the first rib area and it was normal, not even trigger points

mspennyloafer 11-03-2011 10:24 AM

seh said the reason i cant swing my left arm when i walk is bc the shoulder is too weak and stretching out my nerves

maybe its from my shoulders being too droopy
