Depressed......
 

Hi all....
Haven't been on lately b/c I've been in a MAJOR flare for two weeks straight. I been doing physical therapy which kicks my butt and been seeing the Pain Mgmt Team also a Rheumy and a Neuro and now guess what? I been diagnosed with Lupus! Oh stinkin great! My mom got diagnosed with Lupus when she was preggos with me and so they ran all the Lupus tests imaginable on me and yup results came back possitive! As if that's not enough my husband left me so now I'm having to face all of this on my own and I have to raise my two boys! Not to mention I don't have any money since I been outta work from October 10th! Life is REALLY sucking right about now and I'm in major pain, feeling EXHAUSTED and depressed outta my mind! I wanted to apologize to LitLove for not getting back to you but I been under some craziness lately! I just don't know what to think or what to do or how to "feel" (emotionally speaking) if anyone is still up lmk b/c I can't sleep!

You have to be overwhelmed at the moment. You've been hit with some of the most stessful situations that can ever befall a person, and and all at once too.

I've spend the past two weeks in therapy with my psych doc discussing possible RSD treatments and I'm so greatful to have someone that is empathetic, and that has had many disabled patients over the years.

If you don't have a therapist yet, please discuss your options with your WC Primary Treating Physician. Or, if you have a minister you could speak with...

I don't want to be intrusive, and you owe me no apologies. When you're ready to tackle something and think I can be of any help, or if you just need to vent, let me know. :hug:

You have been dealt a big blow, but remember one thing "God" as a plan for all of us. There is something beyond our insight that he has instore for all of us and if you ever need a freind I am here as well as the rest of the group. Just don't give up.:grouphug:
