Sleeping Problem
 

Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone could help me shed light on a reoccuring problem I keep having. Some nights I suddenly get a throbbing headache while im asleep, it's really intense and it feels like my heads about to explode, I also see bright lights and and hear a horrible schreeching sound. Im fully aware of whats going on and want to be able to move but i'm completely paraylised and its like im stuck in this hell. I dont know whether this happens to everyone or whether I should get it checked out.. it just seems to be happening more frequently. If anyone has any insight then it would be much appreciated.
