Spine natural C curve,

My Physio jus recently brought to my attention that i have slight Lordosis and my pelvis is sitting at a wierd angle, also i have lost the natural C curve in my cervical spine and its straightened out a bit. Not like dead straight but its not curved like it should be.

Any got any tips on how to restore that natural C curve of the cervical spine, i know it will take a long time but is there any excersizes that help?

Now i am pretty much starting to work with my therapist to realign the whole body back to the way its meant to be, may take quite a few months to get there but they said the fact that im still young works in my favour.

So still quite a long road ahead.. sigggh

The product "Real-Ease Neck and Shoulder Relaxer" lets you sit your head back on a C curve. You can check out the reviews for it at places like Amazon and determine if it's for you.

I've got the extra lordosis as well. I did some googling and one site recommends the "hip flexor stretch" among other things to help correct it. I presume your physio is already covering that sort of thing.

That bicep sensation has been mentioned in the past.
sometimes was referred to as a "Tourniquet" feeling around bicep/triceps area"

My chiro thought it could be an inflamed bursa, or referred pain due to trigger points, or just tension at the attachment area of the muscles.
It eventually faded away with PT, DC therapies & such, I never sorted out what the exact cause was.

Hmmm mines not totally straight but it definately has lost some of its natural curve, I think this definately contributing to symptoms. It always feels like my head is a bit to foward and i want to look down.

An osteopath can help with this problem to correct?

The exercise that one chiro taught me was to lay on the floor, compress the abs while simultaneously flattening the lower back.

all of my pilates exercsies involve that (only harder)

keeping your pelvis in neutral is key to tos and sitting in general
