For a CDR-Review - Personal journal necessary?
Hi everyone!
I hope everybody is feeling good! I heard from a friend that I should keep a weekly record of my husbands seizures. My question is. Is a personal journal really necessary for reviews? Will SSA even take a look at the journal? And being one could write whatever in a journal, how would that really hold up with a CDR? Yet at the same time, I cant call my husbands doctor every single time he gets a seizure. My husband gets one 3-4 times a week. Thanks |

For the OP--If there are no triggers for an in-depth review, PT work inparticular, he will likely get the short form. Please read the thread I started about CDRs. There is a link there that will explain the process. |
Despite getting only the short CDR forms, I have continuously kept a diary of diagnoses, tests, MD appointments, scripts, etc. Call it peace of mind.
