I havent been on in a few years. my TOS flared up and Im trying to find Dr. Togut of find out what to do

Dr T just retired earlier this year sometime.
I think a few were having trouble trying to locate their older records from the office.
I don't know if anyone had any luck doing it.
Hopefully they will post if they found anything out.

Flared up after surgery? As in recurrence?
