44 Female arachnoid cyst on brain stem
 

Hello everyone, I signed up to see if I could find anything more on your experiences with arachnoid cyst. I just found out last week and of course until I see a neurosurgeon, no one will tell me anything except it's 2cm. Is this considered large? It's on the right bottom brain stem. Has anyone else had one there and what was done if anything? Thanks, Cheryl

I did a forum search for "arachnoid cyst" and found most of the discussion on these to be in the Traumatic Brain Injury forum.
Here's the shortcut link to get you there:

When you are at the forum, use the 'forum search' feature at the very top/right side of the screen. Type in 'arachnoid cyst' and posts will come up of previous discussions.
Also you might want to start a thread there and you should get good feedback
