Dang it.

Little bummed today. Finally got the BPPV in my right ear resolved (I think!)which is awesome...but-then starting Saturday it's been a couple of times a day on the left side again. Also got to feeling disconnected today and compounded that by trying to do a word finding puzzle-that I used to do in a flash and couldn't finish today.

Much better than where I was five months ago...but not quite there yet. Just left me feeling bummed out. That being said, read a great quote-

A pessimist is one who makes difficulties of his opportunities and an optimist is one who makes opportunities of his difficulties – Harry Truman

fyi,

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a disorder caused by problems in the inner ear. copied from wikipedia.

I was confused so I thought others might be too.

Sorry-thanks for clearing that up Mark. I automatically think everyone knows what I'm trying to say....I should have used my turn signal!!!

I totally understand where you are coming from, I'm 10 months out and am lightyears away from where I was at the beginning, but still find sometimes when I think I'm starting to get there, I have a few bad days and its disheartening.

We all go through that. I really struggle too with things I used to do, and try now that I'm feeling a little better, and then find I still can't do it. I guess it's part of the process.

Know that you aren't alone and I hope there is a good day ahead for you!
