Pec minor syndrome

Pec minor syndrome is discussed here including particular symptoms:
http://www.ecentral.com/members/rsanders/

I was wondering if people had any tips on conservative treatment of it in addition to this stretch:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/post807381-81.html

One problem I'm having is that no matter how much I stretch, I don't seem to make progress on my symptomatic side. I get a hard line of tension when doing pec minor stretches and unlike my other stretches, it is not progressing.

Maybe I should use a meat tenderizer mallet on it. (Um, hey, has anyone tried that?)

strengthen the opposing muscles

I use this, being careful to make sure I isolate the pec minor. Angle is important. So go slow, as you don't want to ratchet your shoulder or hurt yourself. There's a sweet spot you learn where you hit it every time.

Here is another good one and the demonstrator is a little easier on the eyes than the last one. ;)

I became excited in anticipation when half way through, it blanked out and said "Advanced Version". :D

LOL I think she's just already flexible enough that a pillow is all she needs.
