Appetite suppressant?

Like so many, I've struggled to lose weight, make some progress...only to re-gain what little was lost. I'm at my wits end, and ready to try using an appetite suppressant so that I don't have to sew my lips shut!

Any safe OTC or prescription appetite suppressants out there to be had?

Well, now that the holidays are past, I'm really in need of shedding even more extra poundage. :-o

I can across Conjugated Linoleic Acid, said to aid in weight management.

hello!!

My friend begam drinking artichoke tea (home made) he said it helped him curve his weakness for junk food and also made him very thirsty you might want to look into it if you dont have any illnesses :)

Update

A lot has happened in my life since I first started this thread, but briefly this is how my weight-loss 'quest' progressed:

1. I abandoned the notion of using an appettite suppressant.
2. I just stuck to the convential wisdom of:
A. Portion control(eating less).
B.Exercise(30 to 60 minutes/day)
3. Regarding the quality of eating(you are what you eat), I avoided:
A. Fat
B. Suger
C. salt
...not completely, but I made it a habit to consciously evaluate everything I considered eating.

I have lost 50 lb.s since March 2012. :winky:
