Any genetics knowledge?

Hey, my name is Tavis. Ive had hydrocephalus since birth. Ive been told that i have aqueductal stenosis and that i wont grow out of it. My first shunt lasted 16 years without a problem other than i couldnt play football. I had pretty good rough patch when i was 17 which meant 4 surgerys in 3 days and missing of school for a month and a half. All in all i believe that ive had a great life with nothing to hold me back. Ive been with my fiance for 4 years before we will get married this summer. We have talked many times about having kids and everytime i worry about what if. Is the aqueductal stenosis a greater risk at carrying on genetically. What is the risk percentages of passing this along. I guess going in to have genetics done on my wife and i would hopefully give me some answers. Just wondering if anyone else had any information on this. Oh by the way im 23. Thanks
