I'm sorry for your pain.

Grief comes in waves. everyone has their own times of healing, but even "objectively" speaking, a year and a month is a short time yet, for the kind of loss you and your husband went through. and holidays invariably cause these things to surface. my thoughts are with you at this time.

perhaps tomorrow will be better already. if not, perhaps you can do some activities or honor your daughter's memories to help you through the pain. i don't know if you would want to involve hubby. depends if you feel it would be more healing or more hurtful for him, considering his particular role in the events, and his current emotional state.

I know these days and the anniversary are difficult. Although the 4 years seperate our loss, it is nearly the same date. I am also adding your dh to my prayers for his strength to carry him through the holidays and loss day.
