Almost lost my balance & fell this morning. Anyone else as well?

Strange, because I usually don't feel dizzy when I get up out of bed, and I get up slowly.

Hasn't happened before in the past 16 months.

I swung my left foot back & didn't fall. The foot, ankle, knee & hip are all feeling it, though.

Hoping the foot especially will get better soon.

Thanks for reading-

Any med changes? I got very dizzy and fell after my dose of amitriptyline was increased.

I get dizzy from time to time. It doesn't happen as often as it used to, but it still happens.

I don't take meds, but thanks for asking. Maybe this will heal itself in time.

Or if I get enough $, I can see a doctor and/or get insurance.

feeling dizzy is my major terrible symptom. some time just moving my eyes here and there makes me dizzy. Not much luck with any therapy yet.

I get dizzy/unbalanced if I'm really tired or if I push myself too far. My head whooshes and I get unsteady. I take it as a sign to chill...

I am going to hope you can get the money or insurance. To get to a doctor
if it continues.

It sounds more like it could have been a isolated situation with getting
dizzy.

Now about the foot. Do you have a ice pack that turns both hot/cold.
Or can you or someone go get you one. This and tylenol or ibprofen
will help the pain.

I personally would alternate, with the ice/hot. Or use just which ever
works best. For me its usually the hot.
